10. Special Note for Employers & Payments

• Trials last one month unless stated otherwise.
• Premium subscriptions are due by the 30th (or your cycle date) to avoid suspension.
• You may buy the app under a Perpetual License and pay a monthly/annual Online Services & Maintenance Fee for hosting, backups, updates, and support.
• We accept Mobile Money, Bank, and Skrill. Please upload proof of payment via the portal (or WhatsApp if needed).

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the minimum legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
