QR POSScan-to-Order
QR POS lets you place QR codes on items, shelves, or price tags. Customers scan with their phone camera,
add items to a cart, and submit the order.
The order appears on the staff/owner screen for confirmation, payment, and receipt printing.
This is perfect for busy shops, supermarkets, malls, and βone-personβ shops during rush hours.
Staff can scan the QR code using their phone and complete the order on behalf of the customer.
This keeps sales fast and reduces queue.
Yes. Employees can use their phone to scan QR codes and create sales quickly.
This is useful when serving customers who prefer not to scan themselves.

β Employees can edit only the sales they made (based on employee session ID).
If the new total is lower than the original total, the edit is flagged for employer review
(a βrequires reviewβ flag). This helps protect the shop against unauthorized reductions while still allowing
genuine corrections.

editor ID/role, reason, before & after details, timestamp, client IP, and a tamper-evident hash.
This gives owners confidence and supports dispute resolution.
