The dashboard is your central hub. It brings together all your tools, alerts, and key actions in one place. Use it to move quickly between features, check important updates, and keep your shop organized on any device.

Branding & Access

Secure sign-in: Always log in with your credentials. Only approved users can enter the dashboard.
Recognize your shop: The shop name and logo are displayed at the top so you know you are in the right account.
Update your logo: Select the camera icon whenever you want to refresh your shop’s brand image.

Navigation & Layout

Use the sidebar: Open the menu on the left to see all features. Collapse it when you need more workspace.
Action cards: Choose from clearly marked tiles for tasks like Sales, Customers, or Employee Performance.
Stay in place: When you open a card, it loads in a smooth overlay so you don’t lose your spot on the dashboard.
Use the footer: Find quick links to Home, Contact, Edit Profile, Employer, and Logout at the bottom of the page.

Notifications

Watch the bell: A bell icon at the top alerts you to new sales, deposits, or stock updates.
Read details: Each alert shows a title, message, and time so you know exactly what happened.
Clear alerts: Tap once to mark all notifications as read when you’ve reviewed them.
Get sound alerts: Important updates can also play a sound to draw your attention.

Selling: Record a sale quickly with a few taps.
Adding products: Keep your stock up to date by adding new items when they arrive.
Commission tracking: Review how much staff earn from sales.
Savings plan: Monitor customer deposits made towards their “Dream Buy Plan.”

Add tools: Install extra features that support your daily work.
Automatic icons: Each new tool is given a matching icon for a neat look.

Typical Workflow

1 Sign in to your shop dashboard securely.
